Live Better Through Movement
If you are looking to create connection and function in your body, you've come to the right place :)
My classes are built upon functional movement, and my goal is to help you move better in whatever you do - whether it's yoga, hanging out and being human, or a high octane activity. When you move better, you live better, and that's simply a fact.
I currently offer two types of classes:
Functional Flow is dedicated to mobility and discovering how your body moves through poses, mobility drills and bit of play. This is my heart project, and my favorite offering as it helps you work into your own body, find and start to fix imbalances, and ultimately helps you do whatever you love - riding, running, lifting, yoga - better!
Power flows are a more typical yoga offering, flowing through poses. These classes are meant to challenge you while also helping you build a foundation of healthy and mindful movement. Be prepared to connect with yourself, your breath, and work up a sweat :)
